The stratified random technique was used in selecting the portion of the health professionals required for the sample. Data was collected by using a selfadministered questionnaire from 52 health professionals. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were performed by using the SPSS version 20. Moreover, result also shows that job satisfaction does not have any relationship with coworkers support and working environment.
